Transplant Immunosuppression 2017: Achieving Long Term Success
October 11 – 14, 2017
Presented by the Division of Transplantation, Department of Surgery, Continuing Medical Education, University of Minnesota
The course will focus on current trends in immunosuppressive protocols for the care of transplant recipients, particularly addressing donor specific antibody; improving outcomes utilizing specific protocols aimed to reduce common causes of graft loss; and major issues in living donation, including paired exchange. In addition, there will be “How I Do It” sessions where experts discuss how they care for patients with specific transplant issues. A major component of the course will be the opportunity to interact with faculty who use different protocols and have opposing points of view. We will again offer a pre-meeting for Transplant Coordinators on the morning of October 11.
Facilitator: Art Matas
