This interactive form will provide networking and collaboration opportunities that will enhance your daily practice as a transplant leader.
This exclusive two-day meeting will be held immediately prior to the American Transplant Congress, from May 31 -June 1, 2024, in Philadelphia, PA at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown.
Target Audience: Medical Directors or an appropriate proxy with a leadership role from each organ transplant program.

Who should attend?
Given the forum’s goals and the purposeful focus on medical leadership, the Medical Director from each organ transplant program is invited to attend.
What if I'm not a medical director?
You can attend on your medical director’s behalf if they are unable to come.
What if I am a medical director but can't attend?
You may designate a proxy to apply and attend on your behalf.
Can I attend without registering for ATC?
Yes, you do not have to register for ATC.
Can I apply without being a member?
Technically, yes, but you can also join AST for a discounted registration rate.
